The Wales international left-back has been sidelined since suffering ligament damage in Tottenham's 3-2 defeat to West Ham on November 23 and is expected to resume training by the end of the month, according to The Daily Telegraph.
At left-back, Mourinho has used a number of players. Sethion, Danny Rose and Vertonghen have all played here, but none seem entirely satisfactory. The return of Ben Davies will provide new options for Mourinho.
Since 2020, Spurs have had bad luck, injuries have followed, major centre Harry Kane has halted the injury for three months, Moussa Sissoko, Danny Rose, N'Donnell and others have fallen, and Mourinho's men appear stretched.
